K - am a bit late to the party today. quick entry before I dash for the bed.
here is my routine for the day
Diet Routine
Breakfast: 1 plate of phoa in the morning
Lunch: Skipped - busy on the course - I was playing well today :-)
Dinner: 1 scoop of rice pulao, a huge bowl of vegetable salad to fill myself.
Exercise Routine
18 holes on the course (7 kms walking), 15 minutes in the gym with lat pulldowns and an exercise in looking for the right machines.
